It is certainly not easy to hold yourself accountable and complete home workouts every single day. Even if every day wasn’t your best the fact that you said “yes” to putting your physical and emotional health first the past 30 days is something worth being proud of. I want you to know that even if there is no one in your life that acknowledges this please know that I do and I am so proud of you!
When I came up with the concept of a 30 day challenge back in October of last year, I honestly wasn’t sure if it was too big of an undertaking for me. I knew it was going to take a lot of time and hard work but passion knows no limits and I don’t plan on stopping now!
I already have lots of content queued up and ready to go on my channel, and while there won’t be new workouts every single day my plan is to release new workouts on my channel every Monday and Friday. It’s also not out of the realm of possibilities that a new program may be launched sooner rather than later when inspiration strikes!
Thanks again to all of you who have been so supportive, sharing your workout stats with me everyday and posting pictures of you completing the challenge on social media. You are all the ones that continue to inspire me to keep creating content and follow my dreams.
