The beginning of a new year is the perfect time to hit the “reset” button—set intentions, create attainable resolutions, and shift your perspective and mindset.
At Kelsie’s Barre, we believe that these are the most important aspects of fitness.
This 30-day program that will be available on Youtube beginning 1/1/21 is both a transformation for the mind as well as the body. We utilize physical movement and challenging workouts to feel strong and accomplished, not exhausted, and as if they’re a “chore” to complete.
The workouts will range from 10 - 60 minutes and include strength training, yoga, cardio, barre, HIIT, and more. There are active recovery days built into the program such as chill yoga and foam rolling sessions to provide both physical and mental relief and relaxation while still staying committed to logging on each day.
