Hi, I’m Kelsie
NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Registered Yoga Teacher, Barre Certified by Exhale, Psychology/Counseling, BA
I'm so excited to introduce "Kelsie’s Barre", Long Island’s hottest new fitness studio that offers Barre, Bootcamp, and Yoga classes with my own “spicy” flare. It’s a space where I am sharing with you something I truly believe in; effective and sustainable fitness.
After years of my own experience with training, battling my own personal issues of exercise addiction, injuries, and set-backs I have created a method of fitness that has all of the components I feel are most important to keep you healthy your whole life. With my method, you will not only see and feel your body becoming stronger and leaner but it won’t ever make you feel exhausted, hurt, and burnt out once you're done like a lot of other exercise programs. I’m so confident that you are all going to love it that I am dedicating my life to create this space that I can share it with everyone.

Kelsie's Barre has been founded in order to support and foster physical fitness, mindfulness, and a sense of community.
We offer Group and Private Barre, Yoga and TRX classes to achieve and maintain optimal health. Whether you are experiencing pain or simply want to improve your overall wellbeing, Kelsie's Barre provides a fun, healthy, and friendly environment to do so.
All levels of fitness and experience, beginner through advanced, are welcome to all classes. Kelsie will make modifications for you as needed.
We plan on offering live streaming videos of Kelsie's workouts that can be viewed live via zoom or done on your own time with the zoom recordings and YouTube videos. The workouts can be done at home and can be done with or without equipment.

A traditional yoga class that teaches breathing techniques and alignment of foundation yoga poses. You will train your body and mind to be calm when physical tension arises while holding poses. You will leave this class with an overwhelming sense of accomplishment and peace.
An effective and sustainable combination of low impact boot camp drills, barre intervals, and suspension TRX training to elevate your heart rate, strengthen and tone. End the class with yoga flows to stretch, lengthen and cool. This is a complete workout where all muscles will be challenged without any pounding on your joints.
Kelsie's YOGA FLOW
An endurance based yoga class that begins with a centering meditaiton and leads into a dynamic series of yoga postures synchronised with your breath. An extremely detoxifying practice to boost your energy wring out toxins, increase stamina and improve balance in your body and calmness in your mind.
MAKE YOUR OWN CLASS
Gather your friends/family/co-workers and create a custom class...yoga, barre, TRX training, restorative...or even a mixture of modalities, on the day and time that works best for you all! Minimum of 4 attendees. This is a great way to have fun, get fit, and hold each other accountable!
A low impact boot camp created by Kelsie to get all the benefits of a traditional bootcamp with minimal impact on your joints. Move through circuts of resistance training utilizing dumbells and other body weight exercises to strengthen and tone, mixed with low impact cardio drills to burn fat and boost your metabolisim. A total body workout that will get your heart pumping and sweat dripping without any jumping up and down.
High Intensity Interval Training
A 40 minute workout with 20 minutes of rest? YES! This High Intensity Interval Training class focuses on full body strength and power and allows you to get the results you want in less time. Kelsie’s Barre always delivers safe and sustainable variations to all exercises that are both effective and suitable for those of all fitness levels. *Please wear sneakers

I had the pleasure and good fortune of taking Kelsie’s VERY FIRST CLASS at KELSIE’S BARRE...outstanding workout, positive energy, immaculate studio! I’ve taken many of Kelsie’s classes before in other locations, on YouTube, and recently streamed live on Zoom and I have never been disappointed! She offers a diverse array of classes to meet all of your workout needs... I like to mix it up with yoga, barre, and her fusion methods! Kelsie is knowledgeable, certified, and SAFE above all else...instruction and modifications are always available. I’m so looking forward to when regulations are lifted and she is able to reopen her beautiful studio. ❤️
I did a Zoom class with Kelsie. What a great experience. Kelsie explained each and every activity clearly and why we were doing it. Cannot wait until this quarantine is lifted and I can go take a live class
Been working out with Kelsie for about a year now. Her new space is beautiful and well decorated. There are no mirrors which helps me stay a lot more focused on what I’m doing instead of what I look like! The amount of variety Kelsie provides in her class schedule is incredible, from boot camp to yoga and of course barre. My muscle percentage has gone up significantly since starting up Kelsie’s classes! She always goes the extra mile to make sure everyone in the class is comfortable. Not to mention Kelsie’s online presence has been super helpful during this quarantine! 10/10 would highly recommend Kelsie’s Barre!
